The Company is Honest and trustworthy. It was hard us waiting for tub. The Tub was worth the wait. We ordered 748L in May 2021. Told tub would arrive in September. It just arrived in January 2022. We could trust them because we asked to buy for extra cash hot tub on floor. They refused saying it belonged to someone else. We text them and they told us it was late. When tub arrived it was missing Frog Chemical. They sent product to make it rite.

Just purchased a new spa from Factory Direct in December 2019. Hot tubs are absolutely top quality and rock bottom prices due to Artesian's business model of direct sales. Lance was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Definitely not a hard-sell or a hand-holder but he was always there when I needed him and quickly resolved any issues that came up. I couldn't be happier as the service was great and this was the same quality hot tub I could have gotten for twice the price. I've had the tub for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier. He was fair with the overall price, provided the facts on the hot tubs; which is much better than hearing the typical sales speeches, and he provided great delivery service, which is a plus! Great Dealer! We looked at a Strong Spa online and ordered through Lance and FDHT. Hot tub arrived on time and in great shape. I'm in Oregon and FDHT had better price and product knowledge than anybody I could find locally.
