The Company is Honest and trustworthy. It was hard us waiting for tub. The Tub was worth the wait. We ordered 748L in May 2021. Told tub would arrive in September. It just arrived in January 2022. We could trust them because we asked to buy for extra cash hot tub on floor. They refused saying it belonged to someone else. We text them and they told us it was late. When tub arrived it was missing Frog Chemical. They sent product to make it rite.

Great Dealer! We looked at a Strong Spa online and ordered through Lance and FDHT. Hot tub arrived on time and in great shape. I'm in Oregon and FDHT had better price and product knowledge than anybody I could find locally.

These guys do a great job! I bought a hot tub from them a while back and they have always done a great job answering any questions I might have. I recently had a problem with the pump and called Lance for service. Mike arrived promptly the next morning. He was knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem ordered the necessary part (a pump) and came out two days later to install it. He stayed to make sure it was working correctly and showed me how I could adjust the settings on the tub to be less stressful on the pump moving forward. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone who is either buying a hot tub or needs service.

I have not bought a hot tub yet, but I would highly recommend checking this place out. The owner is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was not pushy at all; I admire salesman who are not just about making a sale. The hot tubs he sells seem to be of the same quality as you find in any hot tub store (and I have visited many). Best of all, his prices are by far the best I found. I do not live near the warehouse; but I feel comfortable purchasing from this establishment when I (or should I say my wife gives me the green light).

This is a great place to get a hot tub. As first-time hot tub owners, we had a lot of questions (chemicals, where to place tub, etc.). Lance answered them all, and has helped us out on the phone after the sale. He didn't push products or try to "hard sell" us. And, his price was excellent. Most people don’t take the time to write positive reviews. I usually don’t either until today. Four years ago I bought an Artesian Elite from Factory Direct Hot Tubs. Lance was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of hot tubs and walked me through all the different options. Now four years later I was having trouble with the circulating pump. I called their service department about service and they came out 48 hrs later. Mike was the tech. He had excellent knowledge about servicing my hot tub. He replaced the pump within an hour and it was covered under the warranty. I highly recommend buying from Lance.

The showroom is not there too impressed clients but the employee Chris is extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of the technicalities of tubs. In the past I had a fee questions, Chris promptly responded and found the solution right away. I rarely write reviews so that should say a lot about Lance from Factory Direct Hot Tubs. We knew exactly which make/model of hot tub we wanted after using it at a vacation rental several years. When we decided to purchase one for our home backyard, the only question was where to buy it from. Price was most important, white glove service was less important for us. I believe Lance's lower overhead cost (i.e., no fancy showroom or expensive staff to read the product specifications to you) = savings in your pocket. Because of this, if you go with Lance, you'll need to make sure you have your own trusted team (electrician, contractor, etc.). Lance was always available (24/7 it seemed via phone and text) to answer my questions before, during, and after delivery but we did feel a little on our own with regards to learning how the hot tub works, settings, etc. Thank goodness for YouTube and the owners manual. We had to reach out to the manufacturer about how to program the hot tub to work with our 60 amp service so that the the pumps and heaters work at the same time. Apparently that is not possible with the 50 amp service, if you turn the jets on the heater turns off with 50 amp service. In summary, if you are an engaged buyer ready to roll up your sleeves looking for a great product to be delivered and installed at the best price, go with Lance. If you are busy, disabled, or elderly looking for full white glove service- you may want to try the traditional hot tub retailers but be ready to pay more for that service. We got the South Seas Spa Deluxe 748L with the lounger. We love it!

Don't understand those 1 star reviews...something is wrong there. My experience has been great from beginning to end. Lance is a stand-up guy who does great work at a great price. And he won't disappear either. Those one star reviews by "dannel Malloy" are bogus.

I admit I was a bit skeptical when we went to the warehouse to look at what her had and ordered our custom one that morning. We took a chance and so glad we did! Fantastic experience from start to finish. Lance was really accommodating to our needs, spending a lot of time making sure we had the right tub for out budget, and even going as far as arranging a crane service to get our old tub out (which was really competitively priced). He then took care of everything for the install, which was 1st class. His guys were fast, thorough, polite, and made sure we were 100% happy before leaving. In summary, if you are thinking about getting a new tub, you should give them a call!

Lance and the Factory Direct Hot Tubs team provided a great deal on a South Seas spa. Delivery to a tricky spot in our back yard proved to be no trouble; our electrician found the layout and motors to his liking. The tub itself works wonderfully. Two pumps work efficiently and we especially love the lounge seat in our 748L model. Lance answered my questions and this was an easy purchase; he beat a local competitor by some $800. I can't comment on any follow-up service since we have only had the tub since June 2015, but Lance resonded any time I had a question.
